Are there hackers in black ops

Well, that didn't take long, did it? Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War isn't even out yet, but some crafty cheaters have already been caught trying to exploit us honest players.

Despite Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone being hugely popular since their respective releases, the shooters have been dogged by problems with cheaters. Barely a day goes by without some sort of cheating method going viral and angry gamers sharing their frustration with the community.

Activision has tried to tackle cheaters by throwing the ban hammer their way, but despite culling them in their thousands, they keep coming back like a plague of rats. Black Ops Cold War is currently in its Beta ahead of the game's full reveal on November 13, however, there are already worrying reports that cheaters have infiltrated the CoD camp.

Shared on Reddit, there's been an influx of cheaters who're apparently using aimbot to get the edge over the competition.

While normally this is fine, some hackers have become confident enough to reveal themselves in lobbies, believing that nothing will happen to them.

The player is in a multiplayer lobby and is caught bragging about being a hacker. As theHugoat informs the players that they are being reported, they retaliate by asserting the popular opinion that nobody reads the reports.

It is further revealed that the hack they are using only cost nine dollars, and it is their belief that no one has got caught as of yet using the same Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War cheats. The clip reveals a much deeper problem for the Call of Duty community. It is bad enough that hackers are prevalent in the game , but it is now obvious that they are comfortable with their hacks.

Hackers and cheaters in Cold War and Warzone are significant issues impacting the community. Thousands of players have had their experience ruined by a hacker and more seem to appear daily. The player told the hacker they were reporting them, which caused little concern for the hacker. This likely attributes to the hundreds of hackers that players encounter daily and why new cheaters are continually appearing.
